Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Directly source potential candidates from target companies via telephone, Internet, directories, publications, and other resources on behave of the consultant
Generate target candidate lists for the consultant
Create market maps of all key candidates in specified sectors
Assist search consultants in approaching and screening potential candidates
Communicate with consultants to fully understand their clients's businesses and hiring requirements
Develop and maintain candidate database with accurate, up-to-date information
Other miscellaneous tasks that can be performed online
Telephone Work
You will be required to telephone (via a pre-paid Skype account) small to medium sized companies located in Japan in order to source private contact details of candidates.
Seeking English-speaking candidates, so you will be calling them in English.
However, you must be able to speak slowly and clearly with simple language, because often the person who answers the phone will not be good at English.
Please note: this is cold-calling and often the person answering the phone either cannot speak English or will pretend not to. Often they willl refuse to give you any details. Therefore, I need someone very thick-skinned who can handle a lot of rejection and is highly self-motivated.

Compensation and Benefits
Competitive salary package consisting of:
Monthly base salary (not a draw system)
Quarter performance bonus based on individual performance (equal to one month salary)
Training on research process and future training on executive search and recruiting processes and approach to client management
Opportunity to travel overseas after the first successful year
Working Arrangement
40 paid hours per week (core hours 10.30~12.00; 13.00~17.00 Tokyo time)
Biweekly upfront payment through Western Union
Minimum target - 15 new names (title, private email, mobile number) per day
Prefer a single point of contact that will act as co-ordinator, but with a back-up contact in case they are unavailable.
Must be accessible and online during the core hours agreed-upon office hours.
It includes tasks details arranged according to urgency (high, medium, low), frequency (once, daily, weekly, monthly) and with mutually agreed deadlines.
